Agency panel and rates

The foundation under every shift.

Rank agencies into Preferred, Approved and Last resort. Store agreed rate cards and your urgent loading cap. Scores from verified visits suggest who should move up.

Tiers

Your panel, in the order you trust it.

Put each agency in a tier and every cover shift is offered in that order, with the response window you choose for each tier.

  • Preferred, Approved and Last resort tiers
  • Response windows per tier
  • Different panels for each program or site
Rate cards

Agreed rates, applied every time.

Store each agency's agreed rates and your urgent loading cap once. Offers, acceptances and invoices all use the same numbers.

  • Rate cards by service type and time of day
  • Urgent loading capped at your limit
  • Invoices checked against the same rates
Scores

Let verified visits decide who moves up.

Fill rates, verified arrivals and notes on time are scored for each agency, so tier changes are backed by evidence rather than impressions.

  • Scores from verified visits
  • Suggestions when an agency should move tier
  • Shared with agencies, so they know where they stand

How many tiers can we have?

Three: Preferred, Approved and Last resort. Most providers find that enough to rank their agencies, and you can keep separate panels per program or site.

Do agencies see their tier?

They see their own scores, so they know where they stand. They never see other agencies on your panel.

Where do rate cards come from?

From your agreements. You enter them once, by service type and time of day, along with your urgent loading cap.

Does CarePartner move agencies between tiers?

No. It suggests changes from verified-visit scores. Your team decides.
