Progress notes

Notes in a minute, on the right visit.

Workers talk through the visit in their own words. CarePartner sorts it into sections, keeps the original, and writes it into your care system against the visit ID.

Dictated, then sorted

The worker's words, in your structure.

Workers speak or type in their own language. CarePartner sorts the note into your sections and the worker confirms it before it's sent.

  • Dictate in English, Hindi, Nepali, Tagalog, Vietnamese and more
  • Sorted into sections. Nothing added, nothing softened.
  • The worker confirms every note before it's written
Written back

On the right visit, the same day.

Confirmed notes are written to your rostering system against the visit ID, with the agency worker as author, so your rostering team and clinicians see them where they already work.

  • Write-back to your rostering system by visit ID
  • Agency worker recorded as the author
  • Delivery receipts for every note
Agencies still on Excel

No re-typing, even from spreadsheets.

Agencies that aren't ready to switch keep emailing their spreadsheets. CarePartner reads the file, matches every row to a visit and flags anything it can't match.

  • Email and Excel intake with an exceptions list
  • Every row matched to a visit ID
  • Nothing written until it matches

Privacy built in, not bolted on.

Voice recordings are deleted once the worker confirms the note. The words stay with the note, and workers see a client's first name and initial only.
