Privacy policy
How we handle the personal information you give us through this website, under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Last updated October 2026
Draft for legal review. This page is a placeholder and must be replaced with reviewed text before launch.
This policy covers carepartner.com.au, our public website. Personal information handled inside the CarePartner product is covered by your organisation’s agreement with us and our data processing agreement.
Who we are
CarePartner Pty Ltd (“CarePartner”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. You can contact our privacy officer at privacy@carepartner.com.au (placeholder).
What we collect
We only collect what the forms on this site ask for:
- Book a demo: first name, last name, work email, whether you work for a provider or an agency, organisation, role, approximate agency visits a month, care system, an optional message, and whether you’d like product and compliance updates.
- Aged Care Act guide: full name, work email and organisation.
- Security pack request: full name, work email and organisation.
We don’t ask for health information, and we don’t collect information about the clients you care for through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request: to book a demo, send you the guide or the security pack, and follow up about CarePartner. If you tick the updates box, we’ll also send occasional product and compliance emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our customer relationship management provider, which stores your enquiry so our team can respond. (Placeholder: name the provider, for example HubSpot, and where it stores data.)
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, protects our forms from abuse (Turnstile) and provides cookieless, aggregate page analytics.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it with agencies or providers.
Overseas disclosure
(Placeholder: list any countries where the CRM provider or its sub-processors store or access data, as required by APP 8.)
Storage and security
Form submissions go straight to our CRM. The website itself doesn’t store them, and our servers don’t log the contents of the forms. See the Trust centre for our security controls.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing our privacy officer. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, contact us first. If we don’t resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
