How the estimate works

Your numbers, our assumptions, all in the open.

Each saving is your current cost multiplied by what CarePartner changes. The range comes from varying each assumed figure across the ranges below.these ranges.

Staff costs use salary plus on-costs over paid hours, which includes leave, so the hourly cost is understated. Only the share of freed time you remove from the budget counts towards the budget impact. Recovered revenue counts after delivery costs and any extra CarePartner fees.

Questions

About the calculator.

Is anything I enter saved?

No. The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing is stored or sent to CarePartner unless you choose to copy the summary and share it.

Is this a quote or a guarantee?

Neither. It’s an estimate from your own figures and the assumptions shown. Pricing is indicative until agreed. A pilot measures the real figures on your visits before you commit.

What’s the difference between budget impact and capacity?

Budget impact counts only staff time you actually take off the budget, plus recovered revenue after delivery costs, minus CarePartner’s subscription. Freed time you keep for growth or avoided hires is shown separately.

What is the range?

An assumption-based simulation. We run your figures 2,000 times, varying each assumed figure within the ranges above. It isn’t based on measured CarePartner results; a pilot provides those.

Is every feature available for my systems?

Which features, integrations and automatic notifications are available for your rostering and finance systems is confirmed with you before a pilot starts.

Why does lost revenue count?

Only where it’s genuinely recoverable. Refilled reschedules count after the cost of delivering them. Late cancellations count only for confirmed services: providers may be eligible for payment, and waivers can apply on reasonable grounds. My Aged Care fact sheet (opens in a new tab)
