Know who arrived, when, and for how long.
Every agency visit checked in and out on site, proven by three independent signals and visible on a live roster the moment it happens.

Proof that holds up in an audit.
Location at check-in and check-out, a home code scanned in the client's care folder, and times taken from our server clock, not the phone.
- All three agree: verified, and paid automatically
- One signal weak: partly verified, reviewed before paying
- No check-in: unverified, held from the invoice
Late? You'll know in minutes, not hours.
If a worker hasn't checked in 10 minutes after the visit was due, the agency is alerted. At 15 minutes, your rostering team can re-offer the shift as urgent in one tap.
- Alerts by SMS, email and in the live roster
- Re-offers reach every approved agency at once
- Every step time-stamped for the record
Spot what single systems can't.
Agency workers often serve several providers. CarePartner sees across all of them, so the same worker booked in two places at once is caught before a client is left waiting.
- Double bookings flagged before the visit
- Impossible travel between visits detected
- Agencies asked to resolve, with one tap
Privacy built in, not bolted on.
Location is read at exactly two moments: check-in and check-out. Never in between, never off shift. Workers see a client's first name and initial only, and every link expires 24 hours after the visit.
Do workers need to install an app?
No. Workers get a secure link by text for each visit, opened with a one-time code sent to their phone. It works on any smartphone and keeps working offline.
When is location recorded?
Only at the moment a worker checks in and checks out. Never in between, never off shift. Agencies, as employers, give their workers written notice before the pilot starts.
What if the worker can't scan the home code?
They can still check in. The visit is marked partly verified and the rostering team reviews it before anyone is paid, and repeated misses are flagged to the agency.
Does this replace our rostering system?
No. Your rostering team keeps booking visits in your rostering system, exactly as today. CarePartner picks up the visits marked for agency cover and writes the note, the proof and the invoice back against the same visit ID.
