Do agencies have to bid on shifts?
No. Offers go to your panel in tier order at the rates you agreed. The first agency to accept with a named, cleared worker gets the shift.
How long does each tier get to respond?
You choose. Most providers give Preferred agencies a short window before the shift moves to Approved, and use urgent mode when time is tight.
Can the rostering team still book agencies directly?
Yes. A rostering team member can offer a shift to one agency, and the acceptance, proof and note still land on the same visit ID.
What does urgent mode cost?
Nothing extra. Urgent offers use your agreed rates with the loading cap you set, so the price never climbs past your limit.
